WHERE IT STARTED
Spice, the way it used to taste.
Sri Lanka has shaped the world's spice trade for over a thousand years - its cinnamon alone once drew traders across oceans. Somewhere between the garden and the supermarket shelf, though, a lot of that character gets lost: spices sit in warehouses, get blended for volume rather than flavour, and arrive tasting like very little at all.
Oleetzo exists to shorten that path. We work directly with a small number of family gardens across the hill country, pay fairly for what they grow, and move each harvest to a jar quickly enough that the aroma is still there when it arrives.
